De Cisco Kid wil een gearrangeerd huwelijk tegenhouden omdat hij ontdekt heeft dat de slechte rancher Don Raoul Pedro Reyes enkel met de mooie Dolores Ramirez, ook bekend als 'The Angel of San Lorenzo', wil trouwen voor het geld. Als Dolores trouwt, erft ze namelijk het fortuin van haar oom Don José Ramirez. Om Raoul te ontmaskeren, gaat de Cisco Kid incognito als de bekende avonturier Don Luis Salazar uit Californië.
