Joanna Lumley, voornamelijk bekend van haar rol als Patsy in 'Absolutely Fabulous', reist naar de Poolcirkel om het Noorderlicht te bewonderen. Opgegroeid in tropisch Maleisië, droomde ze als kind van vorst en sneeuw. Haar favoriete boek was 'Ponny the Penquin', met zwart-wit illustraties van een pinguïn omringd door het Noorderlicht.
